Multimedia-based knowledge transfer for museum environments
Starting point
Managing knowledge transfer using state-of-the-art media is a multidimensional challenge. To address your message the best possible way, target groups and their way of processing information have to be identified, media types need to be defined, and all the content including storylines has to be specified and produced. Besides the communicating the content, issues related to technical equipment in the buildings, rental devices for visitors, alignment with IT processes, budgeting (and more) need to be structured and considered. The Mercedes Benz Museum and the Glyptothek (State Collection of Antiquities) Munich are examples of projects where KIAG has successfully proved its competence in information and knowledge transfer solutions.
